The pandemic has brought out the best skills in unprecedented times- the patience, compassion and resilience we embodied in our yoga practice. To keep our kids out of social isolation, we reimagined a virtual community with children and teens programs and safely brought goat and bunny yoga with creative collaborations.
We will keep dreaming and adapting to keep our studio open with in the park and in-person yoga and meditation to become a resource and offer a solution for families in our community.
