Our sensory impressions determine the quality of our thoughts and emotions. Healing naturally through the five senses by exploring the scents, sounds, textures, sights, tastes, and scents with mindfulness techniques to receive a greater physical and emotional well-being.

We choose oils that are sustainable and pure with no contaminants, fillers, or adulterations which making aromatherapy a form of natural medicine to heal ourselves and families.

SOUND HEALING

Every sound has a powerful physiological effect. We chant mantras to dive into the ancient knowledge of wisdom that triggers deep memories and pure emotional responses. Singing bowls, drums and harmonium create melodies to uplift the mind, open the heart and welcome peace and harmony in our life.

MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

Our senses serve as a bridge from the inside mind to the deeper layers of the self. We work with mindfulness educators, peak-performance coaches, and inspirational teachers to provide specialized series to establish habits for healthy living, spiritual freedom and enlightenment.
