Embodied Teaching for Today’s World
Harmony 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Spring 26′
Teaching Through a Trauma-Informed Lens at Harmony Family Yoga
At Harmony Family Yoga, we believe yoga is more than movement—it is a path to discovering your true self, cultivating grounding, clarity, and meaningful connection.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who feel called to deepen their practice and share yoga in a meaningful and authentic way. Through this immersive, in-person training, you will cultivate confidence, uncover your authentic voice, and learn to show up fully—both on the mat and in life—empowering yourself and others.
By integrating traditional yoga philosophy, nervous-system-informed practices, and real-world relevance, we support students in becoming embodied, confident, and compassionate guides within their communities.
In a world where stress, anxiety, and disconnection are increasingly common, this training equips you with tools to help yourself and others regulate, ground, and reconnect. Rooted in the sacred teachings of yoga and enriched by trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, our program prepares you not just to teach poses, but to support real transformation.

Hear from Our Graduates
I joined YTT not to teach right away, but to deepen my practice and reconnect with the heart of yoga. I experienced growth on every level—mentally, emotionally, spiritually. The teachers supported me through self-doubt and old wounds, and I left with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I found my voice and a second home in this community.
The curriculum was thorough, nourishing, and fun! We learned from a wide range of teachers with different styles and backgrounds, offering wisdom from various yogic lineages. I gained the confidence I needed to step fully into my identity as a teacher.
Cici curated a thoughtful, professional training with both studio teachers and inspiring guest speakers. The learning was rich, and the energy of the community continues to stay with me.
I came to deepen my personal practice, not to teach—but I left inspired to share yoga with others. From anatomy and alignment to pranayama, chakras, and Ayurveda, every layer was covered. We explored many styles: Hatha, Flow, Yin, Aerial, and Bhakti. I never imagined I’d want to teach, but now I do—with heart and confidence.
Deepen your practice. Expand your knowledge. Teach with confidence.
