In this 6-week Prenatal Yoga and Support Sessions, we will explore a different aspect of pregnancy and motherhood each week as you draw nearer to meeting your baby. We will build healthy foundations to safely practice with stability. We’ll build strength to prepare for labor and motherhood. 

You will learn how to use a variety of props to support you and assist during labor. And of course, you will be able to form connections with your fellow mamas, with your growing baby, and with your ever-changing, beautiful self during this life-changing transition. 

We will also include a partner class where your partner is invited to practice with you, learn comfort techniques to use during labor, and deepen your connection with each other and your baby.

Meet the Instructor

Yoga has held a special place in my heart since college when I discovered it in a philosophy course. After developing a personal practice for over a decade, I was inspired to teach yoga while pregnant with my first child. Prenatal yoga solidified my belief in the power this practice to prepare us for life’s big challenges – and to feel our best on the daily.

As a mother to 2 very lively little girls, yoga keeps me strong, grounded, and emotionally balanced for when motherhood gets crazy! I’m grateful for this gift which inspires me to share the amazing benefits of this practice with others. I teach an alignment based class with a focus on stabilizing and strengthening the body safely while incorporating breath and mindfulness.

I believe yoga can accompany us through all stages of life, from childhood through parenthood and on to older age. I encourage people from all walks of life to experience the benefits yoga brings. Can’t wait to meet you!
