Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect with your belly (baby) spiritually while making special healing time for yourself as you prepare for labor. In this 6 week session you will find balance and inner strength, while feeling relaxed, present and focused.

Each week we will focus on a theme of becoming aware, embracing and understanding your body as it changes and transforms. We will breathe, stretch and move and focus our attention on getting grounded and centered, ultimately feeling relaxed, refreshed and energized!

Meet the Instructor

Prenatal Yoga Wednesday Series

Tracey is a certified prenatal yoga instructor. She had been practicing yoga for 30 years and she believes that yoga is an opportunity to get in touch with your body, mind and spirit using breathwork, mindfulness and asana.
Tracey is a mother of two beautiful girls and she embraces each day with gratitude, kindness and compassion for herself and others. Teaching yoga has allowed her the opportunity to help people reach their maximum potential. She takes pride in sharing her love, wisdom and energy for wellness and yoga knowing that she is making a difference in a person’s life. Namaste!
