Meet Raquel Ratoviz

A former pastry chef and baker, Raquel learned patience and stress management through the learnings of yoga and meditation. Her love for mindfulness and the simple joys in life and gratitude propelled her in a completely different direction leaving behind old values to honor her truest self. She wanted to learn and help others gain this knowledge to share what she has learned during this transformation.

Raquel received her 200 Hour Yoga teacher Training certification in Ubud, Bali Indonesia intertwining sacred practices from the Eastern and Western worlds. Learning the yogic value system (yamas and niyamas) and the yogic philosophy behind the asanas (poses) really intrigued her to want to learn more.
