Welcome to our new Postnatal Yoga Series, a transformative journey tailored for new mothers navigating the joys and challenges of early motherhood. Designed to support your body’s recovery after birth and foster bonding with your new baby, Postnatal Yoga offers healing, relaxation, and gentle strengthening.

Over six weeks, this series provides a nurturing space for you to slow down and nurture yourself. Each class is themed around the chakras, allowing you to explore and harmonize both your physical and energetic bodies.

Throughout the series, we combine pranayama, meditation, and asana to cultivate strength, balance, and inner peace. You’ll leave each session equipped with practical tools to support your journey as a new mother, along with journal prompts for further introspection. Join us as we embark on this empowering journey together.

Meet the Instructor

Postnatal Yoga & Yin Yoga

Lindsay brings her expertise in postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation to our studio. Trained in Hatha/Vinyasa at Yoga NoHo Center in 2020, she has since specialized in supporting new moms and mamas-to-be. As a new mom herself, she understands the recovery and healing journey intimately, fueling her passion for sharing the practice of yoga with the postnatal community.

Lindsay is dedicated to facilitating a beautiful union of body, mind, and spirit through practice, and she is particularly passionate about guiding new moms to find chakra alignments and deepen their mind-body connection. Her intention as a yoga instructor is to honor the timeless teachings of yoga and create a nurturing space for students to find release and insight through breath awareness.
