Key Milestones & Accomplishments at Harmony Family Yoga
2025 was a year of meaningful milestones we are incredibly proud of:
🌟 Recognized by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce as “Small Business of the Year.” This honor reflects not only our studio, but the strength and heart of our entire community.
Launched our first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, complete with Harmony Family Yoga–developed curriculum and materials, and celebrated five newly certified yoga instructors who completed their training with heart, integrity, and authenticity.
Expanded in-studio programming to offer inclusive classes that support children, teens, adults, families, and seniors. We are committed to supporting aging gracefully through yoga, meeting students where they are, and offering practices for all bodies.
Celebrating our Yoga Community
This year, Harmony Family Yoga continued to grow as a space rooted in compassion, connection, and mindful living. Together, we nurtured:
A growing, supportive yoga community grounded in presence and care
Expanded programs from Little Yogis to Tweens and Aerial Yoga for youth
Deeply healing soundbath meditations and meaningful moon gatherings
Community events that brought us together in joy, rest, reflection, and intention

Yoga Beyond the Studio Walls: Community & School Wellness Program
Our mission extends beyond the mat — and beyond our studio.
In 2025, we brought yoga and wellness into the community through:
On-site wellness events at middle and high schools throughout Ventura County, offering yoga, mindfulness, and Bunny Yoga experiences to support student well-being.
🐰 Bunny Yoga for youth, creating moments of comfort, connection, and calm for students in nurturing, supportive environments.
💛 Giving Back Through Yoga, Sound Healing & Cancer Support
Service remains at the heart of Harmony Family Yoga. In 2025, we continued our commitment to giving back through:
Weekly pro bono soundbath meditations for Cancer Support Community (CSC) / Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Conejo Valley.
On-site yoga for cancer recovery programs at the Cancer Support Community (CSC), supporting healing, rest, and nervous system regulation.
These offerings reflect our belief that yoga and sound healing should be accessible, supportive, and deeply human.
Growing Into Our Sixth Year as a Family-Owned Yoga Studio
As we step into our sixth year of Harmony Family Yoga, we reflect on how far this journey has come — from a solo vision to a nurturing studio supported by a team of dedicated instructors. At Harmony Family Yoga, we believe yoga is not about performance or perfection — it’s a work-in. A practice of listening inward, honoring where you are, and moving with compassion.
