Come play yoga and lego with us and enroll your little ones at Harmony parents night out! Every 3rd Friday of the month, plan an evening of self time or enjoy your date night!

Mindfulness Yoga + Lego + STEAM Build

Curriculum based, professional accredited and age appropriate yoga and lego programs welcome children and teens age five and up.

9/17 Flying Dragon Training Camp

10/15 Halloween Spooktacular “Monster Mania”

Hours: 5:30pm -8:30pm

Fees: $60 each evening Ages: 5+

($30 one-time registration fee for non-members)

Sibling discount: Each family receive $20 off for each additional sibling enrolled.

Schedule Overview:

5:30-6:30pm:

Grounding – breathing exercise
Movements – mindfulness yoga
Calm and Rest – guided meditation

6:30-7:30pm: pizza and games (friendship activities)

7:30-8:30pm: lego robotic building (coding, lego, enrichments)

8:30pm: pick up time.
