Dear Harmony Family Yoga Community,
We have some important updates and reminders regarding our studio policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Studio Policy Update & Reminder
- Punctuality: Please make sure to arrive on time for your classes. Late arrivals can disrupt the flow and experience for others.
- No-Show Fee: Starting in June, a $15 no-show fee will be implemented for those who do not attend a reserved class without prior notice.
- Late Cancellation: To avoid a late cancellation fee of $10, please contact us via text or call at 805-558-3634 if you cannot attend a reserved class.
- Class Cancellations: Classes will be canceled if fewer than 2 people are signed up 30 minutes before the class start time. This policy helps us better support our community and manage resources effectively.
- Silence Your Phone: Please ensure your phone is set to silent upon entering our studio. Disconnecting from digital distractions allows you to reconnect with your inner self.
