Sacred Women’s Circle
– Healing & Recovery

This sacred women’s circle is created especially for those navigating the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. In this safe and nurturing space, we gather to honor the wisdom of our bodies, share our experiences, and support one another through the changes of this season of life.

Guided by Lisa Marie, the circle blends gentle yoga, meditation, and open-hearted discussion to ease tension in body and mind, calm the nervous system, and create connection. Together, we’ll explore practices to nurture balance, release what no longer serves, and embrace the strength and insight that come with these transitions.

Herbal tea will be served to close the evening, inviting time for grounding and continued connection in community.

What to Expect:

Lisa Marie has been guiding yoga practice since 2010, bringing experience, intuition, and compassion to every session. She creates a safe, nurturing space where women can connect, reflect, and honor their bodies and breath. Lisa is especially passionate about supporting women through life transitions, making her the perfect guide for this healing women’s circle focused on connection, renewal, and sisterhood.
