Married for over 50 years, Jeff and Chandra bring decades of lived experience, wisdom, and heart-centered practice into this offering.
Jeff Gero, Ph.D., is a management consultant, life coach, and meditation teacher. He co-produced a stress management video featuring actor Dennis Weaver and is the author of Secrets to Success at Work.
Chandra Gero, B.A., is a certified yoga instructor who teaches at Harmony Family Yoga, Yarrow YMCA, and works with private clients. She is deeply loved within our community for her grounding presence and compassionate teaching style.
