Uncover the Myths of Yoga and Meditation

· You do not need to be flexible to do yoga.  All postures are supported to meet you where you are at that day and moment in your practice. 

· You do not need to have an active yoga practice, background or knowledge to join us in the park.

· If your mind is too busy to quiet down, we’ll show you simple steps to find the connection with your breath to meditate and learn tools to manage stress and anxiety.

Join us in taking this one day at a time as we taking the mats outdoors! Let us not live in fear, but take care of ourselves and continue living in HARMONY with our community!

Conejo North Creek Park is located at the corner of the 23 Freeway and Janss Road in Thousand Oaks (behind T.O. Library). Enjoy the natural beauty of this outdoor recreation area with two ponds and a stream, plus a playground, picnic shelters and restrooms.

Join us and meet at the Willow Bend area near the park entrance. Please pre-register to secure your spot. Please read additional guidance and follow COVID precautions.
