KIDS YOGA TEACHER’S TRAINING

Join us for one day of hands on instruction and learning which will certify you as a Kidding Around Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance recognized). You do NOT need prior yoga teacher training to attend a KAY training. Kidding Around Yoga is designed for anyone who loves to work with kids.
Our blended training combines:
- Online Curriculum
- 3 Hour Zoom Session
- 1 Day of In-Person Training
WHEN:
Zoom Session, June 8th, 2024, 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Live Training Day, June 9th, 2024, 10:30am – 6:00pm
➡ ON THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR LIVE TRAINING DAY, YOU MUST ATTEND A 3-HOUR ZOOM SESSION WITH YOUR TRAINER.
ZOOM SESSION TIME: Saturday, June 8th, 2024, 6pm – 9pm PST
This session is crucial as it will prepare you for the live training day and ensure that you get the most out of your training. We highly recommend that you make every effort to attend it.

- Age appropriate activities for 2-12 year olds
- 80+ asanas appropriate to our songs and games
- Yogic philosophy, pranayama, meditation and chanting
- Tips for Family, Mommy & Me, Babies, Teens, and Classroom Yoga
- Partner Yoga
- Teaching yoga in various environments
- Physical contraindications of poses
- Deep relaxation/guided meditation for kids… The Secret Garden
- Stress management for kids
- Yog-arts & crafts
