How to Join

For Renew Active, One Pass, and Aaptiv Participants:

  1. Provide your 10-digit confirmation code and send it to info@harmonyfamilyyoga.com.
  2. Include the following details:

    • Email Address
    • Emergency Contact Information

We’ll verify your eligibility with your insurance provider and set up your account.

For SilverSneakers Members:

With SilverSneakers, you’re free to move! Available at no cost for adults 65+ through select Medicare plans. Follow these steps:

  2. Provide your phone number and email address.
  3. We’ll confirm your eligibility and send a confirmation to enroll.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga helps to restart our systems, increases our energy levels and is great for our joints, ligaments and connective tissue. Reduces stress and anxiety while improving our concentration and memory.  This Lunar (moon) style of practice helps to keep ourselves out of the fight, flight or freeze response. Allowing us to change unconscious reactivity to conscious response. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. Breath and movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and joints lubricated. Beginner friendly with props and modifications offered.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital forces energy from within. Our Hatha yoga sessions will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s accessible to everyone, regardless of mobility or fitness level. Using the support of a chair, this practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active and connected to their well-being.

Yoga Nidra: Yogi’s Sleep

The Evening Meditation class is your ticket to good night sleeps. Guided Yoga Nidra is known as the yogi sleep that offers the deeper and effortless experience of enlightenment. De-stress and quiet your mind, join us for an incredibly healing meditation gathering. You will dive deep into an exercise of gratitude and end the day in one of the highest vibrations you can be in.
