Gentle Yoga 

Beginners are welcome!

Join us for a gentle yoga experience whether you’re new to the mat or looking for a way to restart your practice. Breath and movement are pathways to keep a healthy body and balanced mind. Join this gentle yoga experience to create more flexibility in your daily life. Classes offer modification of poses for current or previous injuries. All in a supportive environment.

Meet Lori Killion

I discovered yoga many years ago as a means of pain management and to better maintain flexibility. I quickly became enamored with the power, balance and calmness it brought to my life. 

After years of practice and classes, I began my student-to-teacher journey at Born2Move with Elizabeth Lewis. Once I was certified, I started teaching classes at a local studio, specializing in gentle and restorative yoga. 

My approach to teaching remains focused on the balance between strength, flexibility and healing. My classes combine gentle movement, breath and creating more flexibility. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intensity, and modification for all levels of experience and personal need and usually includes time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.
